If you had one day.....?

Here is a rather interesting question that was presented to me today.

If you Had one day to spend with someone who's gone....who would it be, what would you do and why?

I really had to think about this, but I came up with my Mimi (grandmother) who passed away back in 1989, because some of the happiest times of my life were with her, when we would go out to her tomato patch and pick/plant take care of it. Then when we were done she always bring me to Kangroos Ice Cream Parlor where you could build your own sundae with ANYTHING on it and I mean ANYTHING. It looked like a all you could eat buffet just in place of the rolls, salad etc.. it was all kinds of different toppings. Then it was off to baseball practice where I would play and she would sit in the stands and do her knitting until I was done. Really the only time I was happier was when I was on the baseball diamond, nothing will ever match that time in my life. I just wish she could have seen me go further in baseball than she did, she would have been happy to know how far I made it and that she was one of the big reasons I went so far with it. Unfortunately she only had the chance to see me go as far as advanced little league

Hey who knows maybe she was up there watching me play for the Cape league smiling down

Jesus, nothing could be more life-changing...

Otherwise, I'd say my grandfather from my dad's side. I never really knew him, except for when I was 3-4 years old.

I have been blessed so far in my life. No one I have been close to has died yet. No relatives, no friends, nobody. So...that's a rather hard question, I don't have an answer.

Anyone remember that country song about having one more day? Shoot, i can't remmeber the artist. It's called "One More Day" but i can't remember the artist! Anyone here know?

I think my answer would be either my grandfather or grandmother from my (fathers side) cause they died when I was a couple of years old and I really don't remember anything about them.
