But it's just common knowledge. The iPod has metal in it, it also has an electrical current flowing through it...just like almost ANY mp3 device. If you wear it in a rain storm...it's going to act as a conductor. It's not a GUARANTEED "I'm going to get hit by lightning", but it certainly doesn't HELP you any.

It might increase your chance while being outside by 0.0038942% (very scientific number ), but you should expose an iPod to rain anyway. If you're indoors, it doesn't matter...

Agreed... About the only dangers I could foresee would be if it was charging though a wall outlet or something... Which still, I wouldn't be afraid to use it if I had one...
