After this message it just asks to send the error message and then Microsoft's website says I need to update but I did to no avail.. and restarts on a never ending cycle I've reinstalled, uninstalled deleted the directory and then installed again, but still have the same error message If anyone has any advice i would appriciate it

Which version of word is this?
In the meantime, you might want to try the install/uninstall again but after the first uninstall, get a free registry cleaner and clean the registry first, then reinstall again.
