Default is there a short-cut key for minimizing a window for windows?

and no... not alt+tab... like, minmizing so you can be at your desktop screen.
and another question, is there a site that shows all of these key short cuts? such as alt+tab, alt+f4, windows+e, etc....?
thanks

The one magicman said is gonna minimize all windows and get you to your desktop.
(Alt + Space) N is gonna minimize the window you are working on.
