Second, I can't afford a down payment on a free lunch. My car is sitting next to me with a bunch of garbage on it. I live under a highway overpass with wireless internet. I tried going to the foodbank for lunch but I couldn't afford the admission charge. My hands walked out on me because I was abusing them and not paying them (get your mind out of the gutter, damnit. lol).

Despite all that I still own my copy of Windows (ok, Microsoft gave it to me, but that's not the point). I still own my copy of Windows 2000 Server (ok, a client gave it to me, but so what). I still own my copy of Office (yes, Microsoft gave me that too). I buy cool software at the pawn shop. I get stuff given to me. I don't use Kazaa, Bearshare or whatever.

What I'm saying is that where there's a will there's a way. There is no excuse. If you can't afford to run your computer, don't have the nerve to go crying for help. That's insane. Sorry man.

I know you didn't say this to me, but as that is your general opinion, I will assume it to apply to me as well...and say "as you wish".

Yes, but it's probably against his neighbours contract with his ISP. Very rarely does an ISP have it stated in the "default" contract that you can share your internet connection with someone who doesn't live in the same building or apartment. Usually you have to make a special contract with them.

I use the AVG free edition, it was working fine until I installed the game and started trying to make it work but maybe one of the things I tried made AVG act up..
