Do you have Mcaffe Quicklean installed?

This can also auto-Empty your recycle and clean everything up.

Hi guys, i have sorted this problem now it seem to be ntl netguard it will do disc clean up emty recicle bin amongst others, so you need to check netguard thoroughly& check all boxesare ticked correctly.
