Yes but if you want windows you will have to buy it .

Although you can just get a friend to download Linux for you and burn it to disk.

Then you can install Linux which is free by the way

I recomend Ubuntu Linux if your new to Linux.

There you go.

You can just download it right now...Its free.

Just download the Iso and burn it as a Bootable cd.

Then when done just boot your computer with the Linux cd in the drive and follow setup.
