Default Wallpaper switching program for XP

Is there such a thing as a wallpaper switching program for XP that has readily accessible controls? Like something in the tray that I can click on to chose my wallpaper? I want it to be easy and quick. I don't want one that's strictly automatic. That won't work for what I need.

I took a look at the features, but it didn't seem to have everything I needed unless I missed something. I grabbed it anyways though. Thanks.
