i have a problem in my outlook...here is the situation. In our company we are using an email account (astrobox) whose only purpose is to automatically forwad emails to us...
the process is: Emails--------astrobox --------automatically forward emails to----recepients The problem is when i am going to cc astrobox, the email which i created a while ago will also be sent back to me because as i have explain earlier that it will forward automatically all the emails it will receives... Question: Is there a way wherein those people who sent emails to astrobox-whose names are included in the recepients-will not receive back their emails? if you have any suggestion it would be appreciately accepted |
