S3 is the same thing, with a slightly different capacitor design and no integrated RAID card. probably a bit worse at overclocking, but still good.
i went for the DS3 because it'll last longer with a better capacitor design and it supports RAID 0 which is something im using. btw, nice rig! i like it! very well balanced, good choice on the parts ![]()

PSU sounds dodgy, other than that you have a sound system with some fantastic RAM
