It's not bad, but why did you go for the S3 instead of the D3?

Also, I've never heard of that PSU...so that raises questions about quality and reliability.

Well, let's see how it performs when you put it all together.

S3 is the same thing, with a slightly different capacitor design and no integrated RAID card. probably a bit worse at overclocking, but still good.
i went for the DS3 because it'll last longer with a better capacitor design and it supports RAID 0 which is something im using.

btw, nice rig! i like it! very well balanced, good choice on the parts

Yeah, the DS3 is the one that's getting all the rave reviews. If I built a C2D machine tomorrow that is the board I would choose.

PSU sounds dodgy, other than that you have a sound system with some fantastic RAM
