I have about $125 for this area, any combos?

speakers-got about $40, just a decent set

case and fans- whatever is left in my budget, i can choose this stuff on my own

not really sure what brand would fit into ur budget...what that may be...but id definitely go with ddr2 800, especially since its what is recommended for the board standard, and if you want to overclock you have way more options. but either way itl run much better with the better ram.

what about operating system?

good corsair ram will run you almost 300 for 2 gigs. thats prob some of the best. but other companies are ok and will be a little cheaper. you can get ocz ddr2 800 for like 240 on newegg for 2 gigs...but id rather spend the extra to get the corsair

do you need to buy dual monitors? or do you have them. because without those a 1000-1300 dollar budget would get you a sick setup.

e6300~180
asus p5b~200-220
Ram~200-300
Hdd~75
dvd burner~30

you got alot of room to get other stuff like a good graphics card if thats ur budget....with the corsair you run like ~800ish. do you need to buy windows, if so add 80ish. you can get a 300-400 gpu n be set...sorry i dont have time to list an exact setup but i think you get the idea

Talking

i have a 20in lcd monitor, i was looking to buy either a 15 or 17 inch lcd to add on, i just want a cheap, quality one, anybody??

asus p5b deluxe-round 235 w/shipping

conroe-180

ram-300

hdd-75

dvd w/lightscribe- round 40

case w/fans/fan controller- 70, a little high, but that rounds the total to-

$900
+gpu/tv tuner combo
+$50-60 for speakers
total- anywhere from 1000-1300, looking for a low budget, and then a high budget in that range, thanks guys!

also, i could wait a little bit after christmas to get another lcd moniter, i just want a card that can use dual monitors

don't need windows/mouse/keyboard
