Mods/Admins should have to carry themselves in a professional manor.

Don't they already? I think they do a good job of that already. Everyone is prone to some rash actions now and then.

It would be appreciated if you could elaborate on that point, what you're saying is rather vague.

heyy i remember i suggested this thread too, though a long time ago

Anyways, this is more or less a suggestion to everybody...Don't reply to spam threads, as you're just bumping it and making more people read it.

Also, I would like to see further development in the off topic section in moderating. Maybe instead of shutting down a thread forever, a mod can temporarily close it and deal with the person who is causing trouble, then reopening it for further discussion for everybody else.

I'm sorry I meant to be a bit vague with the suggestion/comment. I have just had a few incidents where mods have stated or handled a manor in an immature or unprofessional way. No big deal.... I have to say that 99 percent of the time the mods and admins do a superb job with the forums. It really wasn't a direct comment at anyone, but a comment to be viewed as a reminder. Keep up the great work, but try to strive to be fair and professional!
You guys keep CF in working order!
Thanks

I dont really see the point of that, since many new commers ask questions about so and so (their problems) and dont come on the forum to post an offtopic question (at least thats what i think), plus the people that are frequent off-topic posters already have over 100 posts anyway
