Exclamation Help! WIndows Problem.

How do I wipe a HD to install a new version of windows when its telling me I have an improper upgrade path?

Otherwise I am stuck with a crap version of windows on my comp, don;t ask how, I need soultions!

Thanks, it says I am ahving an error so I am trying again. I am doing the normal instead of quick to se eif that helps...
