DX 9c seems to running ok here on Vista. With Vista out now what do you still see at Microsoft? DX 9c! That 2005 article has done nothing more then start a rumor mill. When the next version of Direct X comes out look over the information on it then to get the facts. Wait until someone installs DX 10 on an XP system and everything still works? We'll see then.
