You're very slow ADE, lol.
They posted this back in October, and then a few days later wrote another article saying that they were wrong. DX9.0L (as they call it in the article), is built into Vista, and allows you to use DX9 games and apps, even though it has DX10.
DirectX10 is not compatible with XP, and I highly doubt it ever will be.
