Hey do any of you guys know of some free programs that can make windows xp hella fast.

Regedit
Resource Hacker
TweakUI

You dont really need much more than that

(although if you wanted, Googling "XP Tweaks" will yield a bunch)

Its not so much geared for tweaking but really more for modding your OS if you will ... it is capable of tweaking of course but replacing application resources manually takes a long time
