Is there a way that I can just paste a long key name (i.e. location or path) into a "search" option in regedit so that it will go directly to that location?
I know that you can use the "find" option, but I can never get it to go the precise location. I only use that to search for certain names found throughout the registry. I also know that I can save locations in the favorites menu, but I am referring to the first time you want to go to a location. Also, if anyone can recommend a good free registry editor, that would be great.
