How do I connect my cell phone to my computer?

Hey guys, basically I'm trying to connect my cell phone to my computer so I can upload custom ring tones, games etc to it. I'm using a cingular phone(developed by cingular) it's a flip phone. If anyone can link me to the cord/s and software I need to make this possible I'd really appreciate it

If it has bluetooth, you can buy a bluetooth USB adapter

Otherwise, you just need a cable. You can usally find some on ebay by searching for the model
