If it works the same way as normal DDR ram, then yea, it'll just downclock itself to run at the right speed. Im 95% sure it'll work, but wait for someone else to confirm

Yes it does work. I used DDR2-800 in my previous Pentium D build and it just ran at DDR2-667.
