Default TCPIP.NLM fails in client32 on DOS 6.22 to Novell 3.12

I am using client32 to connect Dos 6.22 workstation to Novell 3.12 server. It works great and I love it. I am trying to add IP capability to it so I can remote control over the internet with a program called TINY

As soon as I execute

Load tcpip.nlm I get this error

TCPIP.NLM failed because the module's message file is invalid or the wrong version.

I suspect that I may have a problem in my net.cfg and have tried many changes to it.

My PROTOCOL TCPIP section looks like this

Path TCP_CFG C:\NOVELL\CLIENT32\TCP

IP_ADDRESS ???.168.8.75
IP_NETMASK 255.255.255.0
IP_ROUTER ???.168.8.1

BIND ALN325C

any suggestions I will appreciate.

I don't have any files under client32\tcp and don't even know what it is. I do suspect this.
