Jeez, with people like you on the team, the rest of us folding on one and a bit cpu's don't stand a chance!

one more question : if i'm participating in the folding@home program, would i be vulnerable to people stealing personal information from my pc? how can i be sure that i'm safe?

Load a firewall. but no, you are not any more vulnerable than normal. you are not on the internet all the time when using F@H. you only have a active internet connection with folding around once every few days.

There's absolutely nothing to worry about security wise with F@H, it's perfectly safe. With this forum being so high profile and with so many knowledgable members, this project wouldn't have half the support it does if security were an issue. If that weren't enough, this is taken from F@H Wiki:

So basically, you're good to go.

Edit: That is of course, so long as your pc is adequately protected at the moment. If it isn't, they you may find personal information going astray through no fault of folding@home.

How long/ how many more members do we need until we are in 1st place? I'm tempted to start having people I know with computers start F@H for the team as well.

We'd need about 500 more computers to move up to even the top 100.
