Default Open button is missing off file download box

When I click to download something, the file download box normally comes up and I click open. On one of my computers, when the file load download box comes up, I only have the option to save or cancel, where has the open button gone

Unless the extension of the file are formats that does not allow you to open directly, you will have to save it. Other than that, you can try a utitility called iefix to try and see if it could work that out for you.
