Have you changed/installed anything recently? By chance, hopefully you haven't disabled them. You can check by going into your Device Manager via right click on your My Computer>Properties>Hardware>Device Manager and see if they have been disabled by looking at their properties. While there, see if they have yellow question marks next to them.
Other than that, you might need a driver for them. You can try and see if you can update them and if they could be assigned a Microsoft driver. If not, you will have to check your motherboard manufacturer's site if they are onboard for the driver.
