There aren't actually any Windows emulators for Linux.
The main program that MIGHT allow you to use some Windows software is called WINE (Wine Is Not an Emulator)

Wine is an Open Source implementation of the Windows API on top of X and Unix.

You will no doubt hear of Cedega as well, this is basically WINE with a graphical front end and easier to use.
The number of games that will run under this software is very limited, chances are you might not get any of your existing games to run at all.
I suggest you look into what Games run natively and what games can be run under the likes of WINE / Cedega / CrossOver.
WINE
Cedega
Crossover
I can tell you now that Unreal Tournament 2004, Quake 4 and Doom III will run natively so if you play any of those you are ok.
