Default HP Laptop Problems

Hey Guys,
Recently I just bought a bran new (less than a week ago)HP DV8320CA Laptop, and am getting a strange read only errors comming up. I took it back to the place I bought it from, and they couldn`t figure it out, so they issued me another computer exactly the same, however its doing the same thing.
With exception to Micrsoft office I didn`t put anything on it.
The problem I am having is that files and folders are becoming inacessable, as well as when I go to delete those files or folders I get access denied errors.
For example I downloaded manuels from HP's webpage, intitally I could view them no problem, as well as delete them. Then only a couple hours later when I went back and tried viewing them again, I got an access error message, so I tried deleting them, but got an acess denied error.
Now these were bran new machines, I didn`t put anything new on the machine except office. Now I checked and I do have administration privileges. The problem is also happening on folder an other files accept that it appears to be random, some files and folders are ok, others I get the error.
I have ran 2 of my own virus scans one from the web as well as norton, also, The techs from the business I bought it from ran theirs and nothing has come up. I have talked to HP once as well, and they don`t know whats going on either. The only other thing I did besides office was setup the wireless network to get access to my router, and create a recovery Backup (3DVD's) before doing anything to the computer.
I was hoping some of you guys here might be able to help brainstorm to help me solve this problem.
Anyhelp is greatly apreciated,
Thanks,
