Recently i downloaded a tutorials web page . whether i can download the web page with all its links with one step.

you should be able to assuming that the web site allows saving offline:

1. go to file save as.

2. choose file type as web archive

3. thats it

if you use linux/unix you can use the curl command to copy an entire webpage over

ummm, if you are trying to save a bunch of links to something like images or videos or sounds, you could try the firefox extention: DownThemAll

I think this person wants the whole contents of the web page plus its hyper links....
