I'd personally go with the X850PRO.

Radeon all the way. Plus, it has VIVO. The 6800 isn't really worth considering except for its lower price point with the MIR. The 7600GS isn't strong enough to really do the SM3 stuff well, so why buy it when the Radeon can cream it on SM2 and the like.

The ONLY consideration that the 7600GS has is if you do not have a very strong powersupply. If you have less then a 400W power supply, or your supply has weak 12 volt rails, you may look at the 7600GS. That Radeon is a bit power hungry. I'd rather buy a new PS while I"m at it then buy an inferior card, though.

The X850Pro is the best performing card of the three, and can be unlocked to an X850XT if you're willing.
