Well i have a E6400 highly overclockable i overclocked it from 2.13ghz(stock standard) to 3.2ghz whithout changeing voltage or ne thing i run ddr 2 800 ram with 1:1 ratio(fsb 400) the processors pretty cheap.I'm not american but i see most ppl like newegg so .. i went there and this the price of it - $220.50

but looking at your Pentium D 805 its only $79 but in benchmarks the Pentium D 805 is among the worst of them performing worse than ur P4 3.2ghz. The only thing the Pentium D 805 performs better than the P4 u have is in muilty tasking, which is due to its duel core. but performance wise ur P4 would be faster. all depends what your gona do with it. I personally woundn't recommend the Pentium D 805 for $20 more you can get am AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ 2.0GHz per core. In benchmarks Its pretty good for its price.

This is my most faverate(sorry im a terriable speller but u know what im saying) site for me to know whats performing best its www.tomshardware.com

http://www23.tomshardware.com/cpu.ht...=436&chart=195

you can choose the cpu u want to compare then choose the benchmark to comepare it with its great.
