If you need any other system details please let me know.
Now my bios settings allows me to change the following....

CPU Host Frequency - By Jumper or Manual (current Jumper 166Mhz)
DRAM Freq - 133mhz, 166mhz, 200mhz (current set at 200mhz)
Flexibility option - Disabled / Enabled
Spread Spectrum - Auto / Disabled
AGP Aperture Size 16/32/64/128/256 (current 128)
Dram Latency - 2T, 2.5T, 3T. (current 2T)
Over Vcore Voltage - Disabled, 3%, 6%
PCI Latency Timer - 32/64/96/128/160/192/224/248 (current 32)
AGP Fast write - Disabled / Enabled (current disabled)

What would be the ideal settings for best performance. And also is there anyway to overclocl the system / graphics card?

Any help would be appreicated thanks in advance.

It doesn't look like anything that you can change would affect system perfomance positively.

WHat I mean is, disabling or changing them most likely wouldn't do much.

That board will run a maximum of 2gb of ram. You can also go with a newer 256mb model video card with additional pixel pipelines. For an NVidia model card the EVGA 7800GS 256mb card would be a chunk of cash however. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130274

For the ATI line you could have the Sapphire Radeon X800GTO 256mb model for the lower cost of $124.99 seen at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102608
