im putting my new computer together right now and ran across a question, i have a pci X 16 power connector on my power supply, and im using the GeForce 7600GT 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card but i dont see where to plug it into the video card, does it need to be plugged in?

Burgerbob is correct. 7600GTs do not require the additional power of a 6 pin PCI-E connector.
