windows media player

Hello,
i watched a music video a minute ago, and it came up on windows media player! i watched the music video which was about 3 minutes long, and when it had stopped it came up with, the state have charged you for watching this movie!!! what does that mean? I dont even live in america lol! we have put this 0901 blocker on our phone bill about 1 year ago, but do you think they charged me or was it just to scare me??? i didnt put any details in what so ever, i just clicked on the link which took me to windows media player.!

wow that weird. im not sure but i think they were trying to scare you so you fcan buy thing from them. they said that so you know that the product inst free. im not sure though. thats my guess.
