Default Web server

Hello all.

Well, I am trying to find a good web hosting service. I am seeking help, not spamming the site, so please don\'t take it that way. I have found a service that I like. Their link is here, which links directly to the features.
http://www.hostmonster.com/hosting-features.htm

However, I want to be able to run joomla or simplemachines (a forum). I dont want to give out the link because I don\'t want you guys thinking I am spamming. However, adding .org to the end will take you to the site.

The question is that both of those services need a MysQL databse and PHP I believe (hoping if someone can check that for me). It says that hostmonster provides these features, but I am not sure. Am I looking in the right direction?
I also have another question too, it\'s features says that it provides 100 mysql databases, is that neccessary and will the database have a 50gb storage?

Please, I\'m new to this and I hope you guys can help. Thanks.
