I just bought a ECS P965T-A motherboard is it good or bad?

Okay so I just bought an ECS P965T-A motherboard for $109. Do you think its a good motherboard please let me know your experience with ECS and what you think of this motherboard and ECS as a company?

Ok, I've owned two ECS boards, one lived for about 3 months, and the second one was DOA, and I have another coming next week.

Isnt it kinda late to be asking about the thing after you already purchased it? Next time ask in advance man it just might save you money and a headache
