how is this hard drive?
im looking at this hard drive:
http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Weste...oductDetail.do is that a good one? im building a computer, and im not sure if this is that SATA or whatever the better connection is for hard drives. |

No, that is not Serial, the EIDE in the picture is for the IDE/Parallel interface. $115 for a 320GB HDD is pretty good for retail, you could always get it cheaper at Newegg, but they don't have the overhead...
 Overall, if you're ok with IDE, it's a good buy, otherwise you might have to do a little more digging...Here's a decent deal on a SATA drive, 160GB for a little over $100... http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Hitac...oductDetail.do
