Default Friend's HijackThis...really weird

well my friend has this t30 thinkpad, and he spent the summer living at the beach...when he came back, this thing was barely alive. i ran ewido, ad-aware, and spybot s&d. i also did a disk cleanup and defragment, which helped a bit in opening applications, etc.

where the REAL annoyance is is in the mousepad. the left-click button acts as the right-click, and the right-click button doesnt do anything at all anymore. ive tried switching the buttons under mouse in the control panel, but that does nothing. so i considered reinstalling the drivers, but without a mouse to use that wouldnt be a good idea.

im not even sure if the two are related, (the two being an infested computer and malfunctioning mousepad) but heres the logfile in any case.

well he doesnt have the disk...he wanted me to use my pclinuxos dvd and have that installed, but i dont think he really understands what that would mean. as much as i hate it, windows is a lot more practical for somebody who just does the average stuff with a computer over a linux distro.
