Well believe it or not I'm not paranoid of the government like some people are. The people hold the power, and the people make the decisions.

A "constitutional right" is only so because we as a people decide to agree with it. We can remove and edit, or completely abandon, our current amendments or the entire "rights" idea, if we wanted to.

If you've not taken a gun safety course, along with range training and written test that certifies you, I'd say you DO NOT have the right to bear arms. That doesn't exactly hold true to the 2nd amendment...but I don't really care.
