Arrow PCMIA Graphics card to boost performance?

Hey y'all, I've been wondering about upgrading the graphics card in my laptop for a while seeing as its current one isn't Pixel Shader compatable, which is a shame seeing as with 1gb of RAM and a 1.5ghz processor it ought to be able to run quite a few modern(ish) games. Now I know that even thinking about a PCI graphics card is dumber than a mute monk on the grounds that my lappy has no PCI slots, but I've been trauling the interweb () and I've read a bit about PCMIA graphics cards... Now, I'm wondering if getting my paws on a PCMIA graphics card would be worth while if it was better than my INTEGRATED graphics card... so:

A) Is this possible?
B) Is this sensible?
C) Would it be possible to boost performance with one?
and
D) Should I shut up and stop being so bloody stupid?
