I wouldn't plan on spending a large amount at this late date there. But there are a few things like an increase in DDR333 PC700 memory and a faster model cpu like the Atholon XP3000. A newer model AGP card at a low price would could also see some improvement if you game alot. The list of options are as,

1) 1 or 2 two 512mb PC2700 dimms depending make and type currently installed
2) a faster model cpu like the XP2500 Barton core with OC capability or the 3000 since you are limited by the 333mhz front side bus(fsb)
3) A look over of a newer model video card maybe 256mb if you are currently running a 128mb model.
4) a larger and faster hard drive that could be used later on a new build.

im selling a good midrange computer that would hold you over for a while...

outside of that, what PC eye said, thats resonable, but just overclock your 2100 insted of spending another $60 on a processor

For that board the ATI X1600 Pro would be the best AGP model. But even that would be overkill for that model board. You will get more by adding another 512mb of the same memory and a faster cpu without even going much past the 9600 chip. An All-in-Wonder 9800 Pro will still see good gaming. The XP2500 was the best of the XP line for ocing.

At EBay you have to set up an account to bid the "highest" price on an item sold there. At http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...ory=48&Local=y you can choose the price range as well as make and model like those there for $50-$75.
