Default Big difference?

Corsair 2GB XMS2-5400 TWIN2X Dual Channel DDR2 Kit (2 x 1GB)
Corsair 2GB XMS2-6400 TWIN2X Dual Channel DDR2 Kit (2 x 1GB)

is there a big difference between these 2? 1 is 667mhz and 1 is 800mhz

the xms2-6400 is 7 dollars more though :'(

thanks for your comments

By all means, the DDR2 800 is well worth the extra $7, even worth $40 or so!!
