The fuji finepix 3000: should be in: a JPEG format
The samsung digimax a7: should be in: JPEG (DCF), TIFF, EXIF 2.2, DPOF 1.1, PictBridge 1.0
The JVC DVM90: should be in a: MPEG format

What are your computer specs?

I have an hp pavilion. It has worked fine untill recently. I had tried to save them to cd, but I had too many files, and was going to put them on a jump drive. I think the files might have been messed up in that process.

try burning a few to a CD to see if you can open them on another PC or even the current from the CD. When you tried to put them on the jump drive, what process did you use, click and drag, copy and paste, Move?
Can you display them as thumbnails in the folder?
Try this (btw, from the image you posted it looks like this is ok, but it may be worth resetting):
open explorer
select tools
select folder options
select the file types tab
scroll to and select JPG and JPEG
select change
select windows picture and fax viewer selected
also click advanced
be sure open is in the action list.
If you don't see advanced, it may say restore, select restore.

If they really are corrupt, Google "Corrupt JPEG", there is a lot of programs that may help

see if you can zip a couple and email them to me. PM me
