Low CPU Usage
Hi.
Really strange thing. My laptops CPU usage is about 10-15% on average. Even when I start a new program, it barely goes over 50%, but laptop itself is a slow as my Windows Mobile phone. It is Celeron 1.3GHz with 256MB RAM (I increased page file, but no effect at all). CPU Temperature is OK also, around 50 degrees. I know, it is not the fastest laptop in the world, but it shouldn't be that slow. I've scanned for spyware, nothing at all. Any help, please let me know.
