Outlook problem

Hi,

I am currently having a problem with my Outlook software in work. I am able to "reply" to internal emails without problem but when I attempt to "reply" to external emails they keep coming back as undeliverable ("Unable to relay for ******@******.com").

If I cut and paste the text from the undeliverable email to a "new" email and send it to the external email address, it sends no problem. I think I may have altered a setting or two but can't for the life of me think what is causing this.

Any help would be appreciated
