Default Auto Delete

is there software out there that when u give someone a file they can use it only once and then its deleted or else its locked so they cant use it again

Generally a paid for download will have an installer that cleans up temporary files and folders afterwards. But for the average user whatever you copy stays copied unless there is a time stamp on it like some sharewares where a file will fail to run or even install in some cases after the trial period has expired. Software companies are the ones that will usually be seen with something like that.
