Hello,

I have a sony vaio laptop and im havng some issues with the restarting and powering up . The problem is I will go to restart the computer and it will turn of and then it will not turn back on again. Then when i try to turn it back on again it oesnt always start. Now it was doing even worse than this before and i changed the RAM to some new stuff and atleast now it sometimes turns on ! What it does is i switch it on and sometimes it will power up but sometimes all t will do is make a noise like its starting up but then nothing will appear on the dispaly. This is the same problem when i try restarting the laptop

To get it to start i normally have to take out the stick of RAM and put it back on again and maybe even press the master reset button on the bottom of hte laptop.

Could anyone please tell me what the problem could be ? Any advice would be great !
