Default Psu Overheat?

Hi. I have a 320W coolermaster psu powering a fatal1ty aa8xe, x700, p4 3.4, 1gb RAM and 2 drives.

I have a problem which i intitally thought was the processor overheating but on inspection the processor was running as normal PWM4 was overheating. The uGuru utility has a function where it constantly plays an alarm tone when a reading has exceeded teh limit number.

What is PWM4?

Is it possible my psu is burnt out and I need a new one as whenever i play a game it seems to overheat but is fine when watching films or general use.

Thanks for any help, Nick

I searched around a bit and I couldn't find a clear-cut definition for what the PWM4 was. However, no motherboards or PSU's that I know of rignt now, have the ability to read the temps from the PSU.

If you look around google the PWM4 overheating is quite common on your mobo. I'm sure if you dug deep enough into google, what it is would pop up somewhere.
