Got 1Gb PNY Pc3200
Yay i just upgraded my ram.
I got myself a gig of PNY Pc3200 184pin I just cant believe how much faster my comp is when opening stuff and playing games. Anyway now im stuck with 2 x 256Mb Pc3200 so can i add this alongside my 1 Gig stick? The new stick is PNYbut the old sticks of 256mb are Elixir which were already inside my hp when i got it. So can i use these both together? Thanks

Well its a socket A board so it doesnt run in dual channel, but doesnt it just have 2 slots, but yes give one a shot, most likley it will

Yes it has 2 slots and im now using a 1Gb stick and 256Mb together.
Ive gone from 512Mb to 1.25Gb  Sweet.
