expansion slot/pci?
ok iam looking into gettin a tv tuner card for mce will that plug into the white slots by the expansion slots? cause my videocard will be in the black pci-e

That would be a PCI slot. Just look around, the ATI TV-Wonders are good.

so i can transfer movies and tv shows from my tv to my computer?? do i need anything for my tv

The most basic capture cards have RCA inputs, as you find on the front of your TV or VCR. Anything that has those RCA outputs will go right into your card.
