I found the problem, its got nothing to do with Firewall's, user accounts or being able to connect to the other computer.

Its just a flaw in Vista. Apparently when you add the printer, you have to add it as a local printer and set it up on a local port, and when it asks for the port, you just have to type in the network location and the Printer name in order for it to connect to the printer.

But the problem that I still have is with the Driver. Its an older printer and Lexmark doesn't have any Vista drivers for it yet. So I'm basically screwed until Lexmark or Vista come up with some new drivers.
