What is the specs of your computer like what OS are you useing?
Can you see a line at the bottem of your screen that is the color of your taskbar? If so you minized it down and just need to drag it up. Also make sure you screen isn't strached out of your monitor (use the buttons on the monitor to check) to make sure you just can't see it because it's off the screen.
