Question Microsoft Vista

Alright, I've downloaded RC1 Of Vista To Test And Run, I've burned with several programs with data dvd or just plain burn disc, and for some reason it just goes straight to the boot for Win Xp, ive changed boot priority and everything but still won't let me do jack, anyone know a solution or have the same problem?

You will most likely have to enter the bios setup and change the first boot device to cd rom. Be prepared to disable all other device listings to force the system to boot from the dvd drive. If your system has the F8 boot menu to choose drives you can choose the drive there. But a bad burn will stall the works. The disk has to be burned as a bootable not data disk.

The RC2 came out after I had dual OSed RC1 and XP on two separate drives with a little more hardware support. But a beta is still a beta. I never overwrite the primary OS with a beta in the event problems come up and then you get stuck without a running system. If you have an old beater case lying around that's where you can throw anything at it.
